MIVA Incorporation, in collaboration with its various partners, is actively engaged in the design and implementation of structural and innovative projects, mainly in Africa. These initiatives aim to foster the economic, social, and infrastructural development of the continent.
Ongoing & Completed Projects
Water Supply Project in Cameroon
In partnership with Groupe NKAh, MIVA has secured 3 billion CFA francs in funding for preliminary studies, substituting for the Cameroonian side, following the presidential decree of December 2024.The project covers ten cities, starting with Douala and Yaoundé, and is currently the subject of a fundraising effort of 105 billion CFA francs, underway with the support of strategic partner Groupe Aturia.
Agri-food and Logistics Platform
With its partner Namsoll, MIVA is developing an agri-food and logistics platform dedicated to the distribution of African products to markets in the United States and Canada.This project is under the leadership of Mr. Nkoa Patrick, Executive Director.
Futuristic City Project – Bonalight City
As an investor, MIVA is working with a local community and the Cameroonian government on the development of a futuristic city project, which includes:
● Securing land,● Obtaining land titles,● Meteorological, environmental, and sociological studies,● Validation of plans by cadastral services,● Obtaining the urban planning certificate.To date, approximately USD 590,000 has already been invested in the preparatory phase. The overall project, estimated at USD 600 million, is being carried out in partnership with Bedrock International Group LLC, based in Houston, Texas (USA).
Expansion in Rwanda
MIVA has established a presence in Rwanda through its subsidiary MIVA Rwanda LTD, which is currently developing projects in the fields of:
